• Product Description
• tesa® 52918 is especially designed for plate mounting of thin photopolymer plates (e.g. 1.14 mm / 0.045″ or 1.70 mm / 0.067″) on compressible sleeves in flexographic printing.
• It is a double-sided tape with differentiated adhesion levels on its two sides.
• Product Features
• While the sleeve side adhesive ensures a secure bond to the sleeve, the plate side adhesive is especially tailored for a strong bond to photopolymer plates, while at the same time
• allowing for easy repositioning and removal of the plate.
• The specially developed liner allows for smooth and easy tape application.
• Solvent and ink resistance of the tape ensure easy and efficient processes.
• All of our products for plate mounting on compressible sleeves feature very thin film backings to not interfere with the compressible characteristics of the sleeve.
