• For the mounting of photopolymer plates on compressible sleeves
• tesa® 52916 is specially designed for mounting photopolymer
• plates (1.14mm [0.045″] or 1.70mm [0.067″])  on compressible (foam) sleeves.
• It is a double-sided tape with a differential adhesive.
• High open side adhesion ensures a secure bond when applying
• directly to the foam coated sleeve.
• The tailored adhesion on the plate side guarantees that plates can be repositioned and
• demounted easily, but are held securely during printing.
• Due to its minimal thickness, the polyester film backing provides the ideal
• carrier between both print plate and sleeve.
• This eliminates any interference, allowing the sleeve to compress and recover
• freely whilst printing.
